Our store's eels are entirely domestic. "Tokuchukatsuman" (specially made live eel) is a registered trademark of this store.
Our store's pride in making specially made live eels. From the time you order a live eel we finish cutting, skewering, grilling or steaming. The preparation time will take around 40min at its shortest, owing to our meticulous cooking with Kishu ubame oak charcoal. While you wait, we bring out an order of fresh appetizers along with wasabi, and chips. We serve freshly cut eel daily, therefore preparation time will be needed. We place emphasis on offering you the freshest eel ingredients. Come and dine in the experience.
